The new partnership, launched in 2026, will combine Morph’s innovative capabilities in design and architecture with NFQ’s leadership in architecture and data governance to create high-value-added technology solutions

Madrid, 2026.– NFQ Advisory Services and Morph have reached a strategic agreement to establish a joint venture focused on developing new data-driven technological solutions for the architecture sector. This collaboration aims to usher in a new era of innovation at the intersection of architectural design, technology and data intelligence.

The alliance brings together two leading organisations in their respective fields. On the one hand, Morph, a brand renowned for its capacity for innovation in the design and architecture sector. On the other hand, NFQ Advisory Services, a global consultancy with solid expertise in architecture and data governance, recognised for its ability to support organisations in transforming their management models through technology and advanced data expertise.

The new joint venture will focus its activities on the research and development of data-driven technological solutions applied to the current and future challenges facing the architectural sector. Its aim will be to foster new capabilities in areas such as the structuring, utilisation and governance of information, facilitating more accurate decision-making, greater operational efficiency and the creation of new value models for stakeholders within the architectural ecosystem.

On 16 March, the joint venture was formally established in Madrid, at Morph’s corporate offices. The event was attended, on behalf of NFQ, by Nacho Fernández, Executive Chairman, and Sergio González, Director of Operations. Representing Morph were César Frías, Managing Partner, and Ignacio Frías, Partner and Financial Director of the architectural practice.

This initiative will be underpinned by the collaboration of multidisciplinary teams from both companies, bringing together specialists in architecture, design, technology, analytics, strategy and data governance. The complementary nature of this expertise will enable a comprehensive approach to the design and development of innovative solutions, conceived to respond to an increasingly demanding environment in terms of digitalisation, sustainability, efficiency and data traceability.

Through this joint venture, NFQ Advisory Services and Morph reaffirm their commitment to applied innovation and to building distinctive capabilities that enable the transformation of traditional sectors through the strategic use of data. The partnership is founded on a long-term vision and the ambition to become a leading player in the development of technological solutions for the architecture sector.

“The establishment of this joint venture represents a strategic opportunity to combine Morph’s creative and innovative vision with NFQ’s expertise in architecture and data governance. We are convinced that this alliance will enable us to develop high-impact solutions for the architecture sector, helping to accelerate its evolution through a smarter, more structured and efficient use of data,” says Nacho Fernández, Executive Chairman of NFQ Advisory Services.

For their part, Morph emphasises that this collaboration is a natural step in their mission to explore new frontiers between architecture, innovation and technology, harnessing the potential of data as a lever to design new solutions and generate sustainable competitive advantages.

The establishment of this new entity in 2026 marks the start of a collaborative initiative aimed at laying the foundations for a new generation of technology solutions tailored to the architecture sector, offering a unique approach based on the integration of sector-specific expertise, innovation and excellence in data management.
